1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KineticX's lead generation and social network advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

KineticX provides premium lead generation services through social network advertising platforms. Our services include:

Lead discovery and qualification across multiple social networks
Targeted advertising campaign management
Performance analytics and reporting
Quality assurance and lead verification

3. Qualification Requirements

Access to our services requires qualification approval. Qualification criteria include:

Minimum monthly advertising budget of $2,000
Established business with legitimate commercial purpose
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Agreement to our quality standards and follow-up requirements

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is performance-based:

Twitter & Alternative Platforms: $40 per qualified lead
Facebook & Instagram: $50 per qualified lead
LinkedIn Professional: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees and service suspension.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all billed leads meet our qualification standards:

Genuine interest demonstrated through engagement
Verified contact information
Compliance with targeting criteria
No duplicate or fraudulent leads

Disputes regarding lead quality must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate targeting information and campaign requirements
Timely follow-up with delivered leads
Compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies
Maintaining current payment information

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to KineticX services remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited license to use our services for their intended business purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

KineticX's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of platform policies. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Noble County, Oklahoma.
